WiSE (Worldwide Internet & Intranet Search Engine) is a software product to implement a full-text search engine, which BST developed by bringing together the latest technologies. It can index documents and search files in both file servers on the network and web servers on the Internet. The users can search easily via web browsers.

• By applying access rights or permission to search results, WiSE can deliver search results based on the access rights of the user who submitted the search queries.
• Communications between the search server and the search clients are encrypted.
• The files in the systems such as databases are also encrypted.

• N-gram (n-successive character strings) indexing method is adopted.
• WiSE search engine itself supports exact-matching search.
